Growing
Trees tended on Southern slopes, picked only at peak ripeness.
One association for every hand behind Gensan coffee, from farm to cup.
Every cup poured in General Santos begins as a cherry on a tree.
Between that tree and your table stand growers, processors, roasters, graders, and baristas. When the chain moves as one, quality follows. The Gensan Coffee Association exists to connect it, to teach and promote, and to make sure the effort behind local quality coffee is never disregarded.

From farm to cup
Twenty three founding members cover every step between the tree and the cup. Keep scrolling to move down the line.

Trees tended on Southern slopes, picked only at peak ripeness.

Selective picking that leaves the unripe cherries for the next pass.

Washed, honey, or natural. Cherry becomes clean, stable green.

Green to profile. The roast develops the flavor the farm worked for.

Cupped and scored by member graders who keep everyone honest.

The whole chain, poured into your hands by a barista.
Hands on training run by members who work every step of it, open to anyone serious about coffee.
Growing, picking, and processing fundamentals, taught at farm level so quality starts where the coffee does.
Farm level

From green bean to profile: batch planning, roast curves, and tasting what your decisions did to the cup.

Sensory lab

Espresso, milk, and manual brews for the front of the chain, where the work finally meets the customer.
